Debuting in the mid-'90s, Canada's Fred Eaglesmith was equal parts country and rock 'n' roll. His scratchy vocals spun tales of moonshiners and big cars. His newest record Tinderbox finds him continuing down a path still strewn with an assortment of unsavory characters and stellar songwriting.
